Bratwurst

Sausages are the best.  They can go from freezer to plate in about thirty minutes.  So, if you neglect to plan ahead like I sometimes do, you can still have a delicious, healthy meal for your family before they melt down.  No msg!  Four brats per package, about a quarter pound each.
